How to Know When It’s Time to Call

Sometimes people have difficulty asking for help. It may be hard for you to call, or you may know of someone who is distressed but won’t seek help. We are happy to consult with concerned friends or relatives of someone who is in distress. Often these consultations are the first step toward getting help for that person.

For those who are unsure about a problem, we can do an assessment in two sessions and then make a recommendation. An assessment often assists in identifying the best way to approach treatment.
